Automate the extension of the evaluation period?

I read the microsoft link on how to automate the extension of the evaluation period but still don`t understand where i have paste the huge text into and save,
I have an idea that i have save it into notepad thats about all?

That’s right, you have to paste it into Notepad, then click File -> Save As where you select as type “All Files” and as a File name fill in somename.xml. After that follow the steps described in that Knowledge Base article.

However, like I already said in the introduction of the Extend Evaluation Period to 240 days post, the Task Scheduler doesn’t accept an interval longer than 31 days and the .xml file tries to set it to 59 days.
