i didnt find a thread in forum and because of this direktly askin’ : have anyone experience problem with ati tool (no matter of version) under ws2k8 x64- i’m trying to oc my video card but the soft didnt recognize hardware and its possibilities to overclock. in fact i have the same problem with cinebench too, the soft may be meet some driver issues because he didnt recognize instaled pci-express card and only find integrated mobo video…with other soft i have no problem regarding video and all is ok.

Yes.

I use an nVidia card, and ATITool cannot overclock it like XP can.

Give RivaTuner a try – it works for my 7300GT 😛
