Appcrash is frequently happening on Windows Server 2008.

As soon I switch on the server 2008, above mentioned 1st warning is coming.
When I run the second program (FliSAFE), program starts running and in between above warning flashes and program aborts.

I have tried with DEP but not worked out. Can anyone find a solution for my problem.
