These driver are base off the AMD Catalyst™ 8.921.2 RC11. The driver and CCC2 was Sever 2008 R2 ready, I just modified the features will install on the Windows Server 2008 R2 Operating Systems. The features such as AVIVO, Drag N Drop Transcoding, OpenCL and WMV Decoder, had to be modified using orca to support Windows 8 x64/Server 2008 R2. Once again these are unsupported drivers and definitely not supported by AMD.
Use torrent for now.
