I already patched IE2OneNoteSetup.msi from http://www.4shared.com/file/49614486/2c01347/IE2OneNoteSetup.html ,so the use of Orca isn’t needed anymore. Did you check the installation directory and tried to run some executables?
Edit: I see they are running in Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Manage Add-ons -> Enable or Disable Add-ons, but nothing appears in the context menu.
