Unfortunately readyboost isnt just disabled – Microsoft removed readyboost on purpose – im not sure, but looks like there was some stability issues so they removed it completely.
So far i ported ecache.sys and all of the registry entries from vista, but there is readyboost service called “EMDMgmt” which is started from svchost.exe and i cant move it from vista to 2008.If anyone have an idea how to do it, im open for ideas 🙂
