Kirk, you need to put this in your httpd.conf or .htaccess for those folders, so that Apache shows the filenames in full:
IndexOptions FancyIndexing FoldersFirst NameWidth=*
IndexOrderDefault Descending Date
you may even want this:
IndexOptions FancyIndexing FoldersFirst NameWidth=* +SuppressHTMLPreamble +SuppressDescription
