    Hello Steve,

    Maybe it’s possible to find out where the installer is looking for the OS version using the tool Process Monitor.
    The places where I know the Windows version is saved are:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersion
    
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersion (in x64 only)
