I’ve reinstalled Win2008 without .NETFramework 3.0 feature, then installed Intel chipset drivers, then Radeon 8.3 Hotfix and got a fully working CCC now.
Thanks for the info. However, I do not plan to reinstall my entire OS for a buggy piece of ATI software, and I’m not even sure it would work: a friend of mine installed 2008 x64 without the .NET feature and he got the same CCC error as I did.
I’m actually running fine without CCC, apart from the fact that I can’t force AA on a couple of games. (All the overclocking and fan-controlling can be done with the ATI BIOS editor.)
