I just registered to say thank you to all you guys here.
The stupid CCC problem has been very annoying for me since I need the rotation feature from it and 3rd party tools don’t really work well with win2008.
Though what works for me is slightly different from the standard solution. I have to reboot twice after uninstalling from device manager and after re-detecting. Then I don’t need to “restart runtime” since reboot takes care of that.
Anyway, really really appreciate all the input here. You guys saved me a lot of pain and hair, since I can finally stop pulling it now. 😛
